Its creation in 1986 is due to the determination of three passionate farmers who joined forces to promote the famous Ratte du Touquet ® which is considered by many of the best French cookers as the best potato offering an unrivalled flavour and texture.

Touquet Savour is settled down in Esserteaux, near Amiens in Picardie. The producers who work with Touquet Savour are carefully selected for their farming expertise respecting both product and environment complying with NFVV25-111 standard.

Touquet Savour has reached an incontestable position on the French market thanks to its constant high-quality products and its business forces. The brand is therefore to be found in the major national shops.

The three core varieties of Touquet Savour are the Ratte du Touquet®, the Pompadour and the Roseval.

In 2003-2004, the firm sold round 20.000 tons recording a turnover of 17 millions euros including 10% export.
